What’s your process with payroll?
We do as much of the work as possible. Many payroll services require you log into a website and do all the data entry yourself. They are not really saving you money or time. You are still paying your employee to enter data, make changes, check accuracy, and finalize the payroll.
Our plans are flexible to meet your needs.
How do you want to pay? Checks or direct deposit.
When do you want to pay? Weekly, biweekly, bimonthly, monthly.
What do you want to pay? Regular wages, commissions, tips, bonuses, etc.
Who do you want to pay? We can accommodate salaried, hourly, daily, full or part time, seasonal, and as needed employees.
What kind of bookkeeping do you do?
We develop a package to meet your needs. For instance, it almost always makes economic sense for the client to do their own invoicing because the time and effort required to tell us what to invoice you could do it yourself. We do a lot of bill paying, although not always, sometimes we just enter transactions after-the-fact. We are really good at reconciling bank statements each month, remitting sales tax, and in general making sure the financial statements are correct and making your year-end smooth so the CPA doesn’t have to fix your books at their fee rate.
How much do you charge?
Payroll is one simple fee per pay. No page full of nickel and dime fees. You can pay by check or we can take payment via ACH with direct deposit.
Bookkeeping work is billed as one monthly fee. You can pay by check or we can take payment via ACH if you also use our direct deposit payroll service. There is no one size-fits-all bookkeeping package. Factors that influence the monthly fee include the number of transactions and scope of responsibility. It is almost always less than hiring an in-house bookkeeper for 15 to 20 hours per week. We are experts at bookkeeping, and you are experts at your business. We can take bookkeeping chores off of your plate and free up you and your employees to focus on the revenue-generating activities of your business.
